Bike 1 1976 Montesa Cota 123 rebuilt to a 172. 18 and 21 inch rims, motor rebuilt in 2001, Mikuni 24mm carb, frame painted and cosmetic restoration in 2007. Bike runs well and can easily be your competition bike. Original forks currently mounted. Suggest getting 172 fork seals and remounting. Other seals in the 172 forks were replaced recently. The right fork leg has a repaired crack. Needs a new clutch cable. Additional parts not on bike: Head light, tail light, speedometer, tool can with original tools, original Amal carburetor.
Bike 2 1973 all original Montesa Cota 123 in need of restoration. Bike does not run, but shifts through all gears and has a spark when kicked over. Original fenders, tool can, headlight etc... Never ridden for trials. Odometer reads about 2,700 miles. Gas tank appears to be in near perfect condition. Missing carburetor float bowl and back portion of air box.
Additional parts: Gas tank and petrol tap, NOS 123 fork legs (bottom portion), 4 crank seals, 2 sets of new brakes, 4 tank badges, 3 "Made in Spain" tank badges, original spokes, Montesa number plate, NOS clutch cover, magneto cover, used 12 and 13 front sprockets, Mikuni 24mm carb, new Mikuni 22 mm carb... 7/9/09
